Clipzi turns your long videos (podcasts, interviews, streams, lectures) into short vertical clips ready for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Upload a video, and AI finds the best moments, adds captions, and crops them vertically.

Go to the Dashboard, drag your video into the upload zone or pick a file. Clipzi accepts most common video formats (MP4, MOV, WebM) up to your plan's file size limit. Processing usually takes a few minutes depending on length.

We transcribe the audio, then use a large language model (Gemini 3.1 Pro) to identify self-contained moments: strong quotes, story beats, punchlines, and insights. You can edit the clips after, add/remove, change titles and timestamps.

Open your avatar menu and click 'View plans' or 'Manage subscription'. Upgrades are prorated: you pay the difference immediately and get new limits right away. You can also downgrade from the Stripe customer portal.

Yes. Cancel from the Stripe portal (avatar menu → Manage subscription). You'll keep paid features until the end of your current billing period, then drop back to Free.

Yes. Go to our contact page and select "Refund request" in the dropdown. If you're eligible, we'll process it.

You're only eligible for a refund if you've processed up to 3 videos in total and you're within 14 days of payment.

If you've already processed more than that, we cannot offer a refund. AI transcription and clip detection have real costs per video, and our upstream providers don't reimburse us for the GPU time used to analyze your videos. It would be a loss-making endeavor for us.

You can cancel your subscription at any time though: it won't renew and you won't be charged again.

Try uploading again. Intermittent network or transcoding issues are the most common cause. If it keeps failing, your file might be corrupted. Try re-exporting it with QuickTime or Handbrake. Still stuck? Contact us and our team will investigate.

The watermark is only on the Free plan. Any paid plan (Starter and up) removes it. Existing clips re-render without the watermark as soon as you upgrade.

This usually happens when the audio is unclear, mostly music, or too short for the AI to find self-contained moments. You can manually add clips with the 'Add a clip' button at the bottom of the clips list.

After rendering a clip (horizontal or vertical), a Download button appears under it. On mobile you'll also see Share, which opens the native share sheet for TikTok, Instagram or WhatsApp.
